Draw plane as floorplan

Redraw plane with splineline and use modifier “Extrude + shell” to creat wall

Drwa ceiling based on splineline + “Extrude”

Draw “floor” based on plane + “Shell”. Adjust with “Edit Poly” on vertice level to walls

Draw window based on plane and adjust the segments with “edit poly”

Create windowplane with “Edit Edge/ Create from shape” and “sweep modifier” for window profile

Adjust windowframe to wall with “Edit Poly”
