How to use a 2 pattern to design a 3d space

Check and rework the basic topology of your smalest pattern element to get rid of double edges (borders)

Convert and array basic pattern element and array it to surface

Scale and arrange pattern surface to fit on floorplane of your design

Intersect pattern-surface with 3d space with Boolean

Delete and extrude (shell) elements of pattern to define the space

1. Transform 3s pattern shape with scale,deselect outer edges, first visualisation

2. Tesselate, inset and extrude polygons to creat “shelf-furniture-structure”

3. Smooth 3d-pattern with open sub-division

4. Create splines with “create shape” from edges, use “sweep modifier” for 3 dimension

5. Use lattice modifier for more clean and defined corners

5. Substract and intersect objects (voronoi structure) from basic room
